Fun puzzle to solve if you have some time...
Submitted by Mike on Wed, 07/19/2006 - 8:30am.If you have the time, and it does take some time, then you should try
this. MENSA (organization for really smart people) says if you can
solve this problem in a reasonable amount of time (20 minutes) then your
IQ should be well above average to Genius.
This quiz was made up by Albert Einstein and according to him 98% will
not solve it.

houses live five people of various nationalities. Each of them nurtures
a different beast, likes different drinks and smokes different brand of

Go - Live is tomorrow and we're moving soon!
Submitted by Mike on Sun, 04/30/2006 - 6:08pm.Well 3 months of hard work is about to come to fruition tomorrow when my client starts using SAP entirely for all of their business. This project has been my most demanding to date for a few reasons. Not only did I take responsibility for the main object on the critical path but I also took my first leadership role and was team lead for data conversion. Overall it's been a really good experience and I think we've done a great job. It's likely that I will be retained at this client for a while longer to assist with on going data quality efforts.
Sam and I are also really close to finally getting a place of our own. A closing date of May 12th is what we're currently aiming for. After we close we'll probably take our time to move in since there's no immediate rush. It's been a long process trying to find a place and we've hit a couple road bumps along the way but we're hoping this one's going to work out. It's in Rahway, NJ which is about 40 minutes from NYC. Rahway is currently undergoing a lot of redevelopment and we're expecting it to be a much different town in a few years. A few benefits of living in Rahway are that it has a brand new train station with trains to many nearby locations (NYC, Newark Airport, Jersey Shore), it's still relatively cheap cost of living compared to other towns around NYC, and it's not that far from Philly.
Villanova basketball
Submitted by Mike on Wed, 02/15/2006 - 12:54pm.I hope some of you got to watch the Villanova vs. UConn game the other night, it was intense! Villanova beat the #1 team in the country and there were many lead changes back and forth that made for an exciting game.
Keep an eye out on Nova basketball, this is our best chance to go all the way in a long time.
First time blog
Submitted by Mike on Sat, 02/04/2006 - 8:12pm.I'm finally able to take some time and join the world of blogging. The past 3 weeks since Sam and I got back from the Virgin Islands all I've been doing is working. We just finished up our Rollout 2 data loads at the pharmaceudical company where I'm currently working. They are doing a three phase SAP implementation. For those of you not familiar with SAP its computer software that many large corporations use to run their businesses. During Rollout 1 we implemented the sales and distribution module of SAP. Rollout 2 is to implement purchasing and manufacturing for a plant in Virginia. Rollout 3 will be to implement purchasing and manufacturing for all the other plants.
