Joe Girardi is imposing facial hair standards a little stricter than Yankees and George on his Florida Marlins. Are the Yanks going to have a good team this year?

Warm-up for Yankee manager
I suspect the Marlins job is just a warm-up for replacing Joe Torre when he retires. The facial hair thing, although I agree with it, is a transparent suck-up ploy to get even more in Steinbrenner's good graces. how about some subtlety, Joe. What will Buck Showalter do to top this--he's obviously been longing to return, too.
