Falafels

Falafels
4 cups cooked chick peas
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
½ cup finely minced onion or scallions (sautéed onion, carrot and celery)
¼ cup minced parsley
1 TBSP lemon juice
a few dashes of cayenne
1/3 cup flour
 
Fry balls in oil. Serve with Tahini Lemon Sauce in a WW pita bread with lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
