Frank's Scottish Shortbread Cookies

1 c. flour
1/4 c. rice flour (from
health food store)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
Mix ingredients. It will be crumbly like pastry dough. Roll into
bar. Slice and make traditional marks with fork tongs. Bake at 3250
for 10 minutes.
