Karen's Pepperoni Pizza Omelets

Hi Aunt Mary-Helen! My specialty is making pepperoni pizza omelets. I used to make them all the time for David and Jason’s friends when they were in high school. They’re very simple and only take a few minutes. Lots of love, Karen

  1. Mix 3 eggs and a little bit of water together in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a buttered pan.
  3. Let cook on medium heat until the omelet isn’t runny any more.
  4. Add a VERY SMALL amount of spaghetti sauce from a jar onto the entire surface.
  5. Add as much shredded mozzarella cheese as you want. I prefer a lot!
  6. Add thinly sliced pepperonis to the entire surface.
  7. Flip over one half of the omelet onto the other half, then slide out of the pan, onto a plate, and into your stomach. Yum!
