Budapest Beef Goulash

Ingredients:

3/4 cup oil

11/2 lbs. onions coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)

1 1/2 lbs beef, cubed

1 small can tomato paste

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp sweet paprika

Directions:

Saute onions.  Add beef.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer slowly till tender (1 1/2 - 2 hours)

Usually served over noodles.
