Are your "Neos" neoprine wader boots not pulled up all the way?

These are actually only mid calf. When we got them, that may have been the only height. Now they are available to just below the knees and in insulated forms. They are not neoprene, but have firm soles and thinner waterproof fabric uppers. The whole thing pulls over whatever shoes or hiking boots you are wearing, and they fold up compactly, so are convenient to store and relatively light weight.
