Icing

Yields: 1 pound

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • ¾ pound butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 ½ pounds confectioners' sugar, sifted

Instructions

Combine cream cheese, butter and extracts in mixer until blended well.

Add sugar and beat until creamy.
