Death By Chocolate (Kathleen Scherf)

3 packages of Oetker or Nestle Instant Chocolate Mousse prepared per package directions
1 large tub of Cool Whip or Cool Whip Light
1 package of Heath or Skor Toffee Chips (found in the baking aisle)
1 package of Brownie mix (13x9 pan) prepared per package instructions for chewy style
Optional: Crème de Cocoa liquor drizzled over baked brownie

Crumble cooled brownie into small pieces.
Layer ingredients in a clear bowl in the following order:
Brownie – Mousse – Heath/Skor chips – Cool Whip
The final layer should be Cool Whip.
Decorate top as desired – or leave plain.
