TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Baking Time 40-45 mins.

1 pkg Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix

1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix

4 eggs

11/4 c. water

1/4 c. oil

Combine all ingredients.  Bake in a 13x 9" pan at 350 for 40 to 45 mins.  Cool and add one minute chocolate icing. 

ONE MINUTE CHOCOLATE ICING

2 sticks margarine,melted

2 cups sugar

3 TBS cocoa

2/3 c. milk

Mix the 2 cups sugar with 3 TBS cocoa.  Stir mixture into melted margarine and let it come to a boil.  Then add 2/3 c. milk.  Let it come to a boil againand cook for 1 min.  Pour 1/2 mixture over cake and punch holes into the cake with a knife.so chocolate syrup runs into the cake.  let rest of icing set 15 mins. Then beat until the right consistency and pour over the cake.  Note.  This is delicious served warm, especially with the warm syrup poured over the cake.  Can also be split and ice cream put between slices and syrup put on top for Hot Fudge cake.
