Kristy's Struesel topped Sweet Potatoes

 3 cans (16 oz. each) sweet potatoes in light syrup, drained and mashed

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tsp. grated orange peel

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup oats (quick or long) uncooked

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup margarine or butter

1/4 cup chopped pecans

\Mix first 3 ingredients - put into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Mix next 5, till coarse crumbs.  Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. or until thoroughly heated  8-10 servings.
