Easy Chicken and Rice (Susan’s Recipe)

1 cup rice

2 cups water

4 – 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 can chicken and rice soup

1 cup sour cream

 

Directions:  Prepare rice according to directions on package.  Mix soup and sour cream in a large bowl and set aside.  Cover the bottom of an ungreased 13” x 9” glass dish with cooked rice.  Place chicken on top of rice and then pour soup and sour cream mixture on top of chicken.  Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes.
